Complaint Policy

We are committed to providing a quality service to all our customers. Occasionally, customers may have cause to express dissatisfaction about our service. In such cases we will deal with customer complaints fairly, promptly and consistently. All complaints will be investigated thoroughly and proper records will be maintained. Customers will be advised of the results of the investigation and any proposed remedial action that is to be taken. Our complaints policy is designed to meet regulatory responsibilities.
